At LukeYourMerch, we strive for excellence in every handcrafted leather piece we create. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making our return process as transparent and professional as possible.

General Return Conditions

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • Product State: The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
  • Packaging: All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included.
  • Hygiene & Wear: Leather belts that show signs of being fastened (creases around holes) or signs of wear cannot be accepted for a non-defective return.

Personalized & Custom Items

Because our personalized leather belts are uniquely engraved with your specific names, dates, or messages, they are final sale.

  • Exception: If the personalization contains an error made by our craftsmen or if the product itself is defective, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement.
  • Non-Returnable: We cannot accept returns for custom items due to "change of mind" or errors in information provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size for a non-personalized belt, we offer exchanges within 30 days. Please contact our support team to confirm the availability of the replacement size before shipping your item back.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Request Authorization: Email us at Support@LukeYourMerch.com with your Order Number and photos of the item.
  • Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the designated return shipping address.
  • Shipping: Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process & Timelines

  • Inspection: Once your return is received, our quality control team will inspect the item within 48 hours.
  • Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
  • Payment: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.).

Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: LukeYourMerch covers 100% of the return shipping costs if the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was sent.
  • Customer Preferences: For non-defective returns (e.g., color preference, wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: We are proud to offer zero restocking fees for all eligible returns.
